Arrival at Sibiu International Airport, meet and greet by your local guide and transfer to the hotel.
City tour in the medieval town of Sibiu. Lunch at a farmhouse in the village of Sibiel, then transfer to Sighisoara. Accommodation in Sighisoara
Visit the famous Clock Tower Museum, Medieval Weapons Room and Torture Chamber in Sighisoara, then drive to Malancav and Biertan. Dinner in Sighisoara, in the house where Prince Vlad Dracula was born.
Today depart from Transylvania, passing through the impressive Bicaz Gorges towards Bukovina region. Overnight in Gura Humorului.
Discover two of the UNESCO World Heritage listed painted Monasteries of Bukovina: Voronet – known as “The Sistine Chapel of the East” and Moldovita. Overnight in Hoteni village.
Attend the St. Mary’s Day service at Budesti Church before continuing today’s visits to the wooden churches of Ieud, Barsana and Desesti. A memorable stop today: the Merry Cemetery of Sapanta.
Brief panoramic tour of Satu Mare, before entering Hungary and heading to the famous Tokaj and its amazing vineyards.
