Atlantic Tour was born in 1991 as a family business, in a newly democratic Romania with freedom of travel.
The founder of the agency, Mrs. Eva Gligor, who at that time already had over 35 years of experience in tourism, put her entire knowledge, energy, courage, and tenacity into building a travel company that throughout the years has set the standard for refined and personalized travel experiences.
Eva Gligor’s ambition and intuition were doubled by an extraordinary sense of duty and a deep love for Romania. For 30 years she passed on the dream of working in tourism, guiding and nurturing generations of agents – many of whom continue her legacy with genuine gratitude for a mentor of such caliber.
